Tell us about yourself – what do you like to do for fun? What are your hobbies?
If I’m not dancing, I love to cook and take yoga and Pilates classes in Chicago. Also, nothing beats a cup of coffee, a comfy sweater, and a good book.
College Name/Degree/Major
BFA from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle WA
When did you start dancing?
I didn’t start taking classes until I was eleven but it didn’t take long before I was hooked! Haven’t looked back since.
What’s your favorite part about teaching dance?
I love helping students better understand their bodies so that they can excel in their technique and artistry. Understanding human anatomy and how our muscles and bones work has helped me so much as a dancer and teacher. I want to share this with all of my students so that they can become their very best.
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I know how to dance on stilts!
Who is your favorite choreographer and or dance company?
Crystal Pite and I will always be a huge fan of Hubbard Street.
What is in your dance bag on a daily basis?
Snacks. Always snacks.

Coffee mug
Tennis ball
Therband
A Notebook
Your favorite food?
Breakfast foods of any kind ❤️
Do you currently dance with any dance companies here in Chicago?
Not currently but I love dropping into classes at Visceral and Dovetail Studios
