Teen Dance Program

Our Teen Program is designed to allow dancers age 13 and above to learn dance in a fun and encouraging environment. Whether you've danced before or never even tried on ballet shoes, we can find the perfect class for you. Not only will you get instruction in proper dance technique, but it's a great way to exercise and gain flexibility! We offer several class levels for varying degrees of experience and ability. It is never too late to start learning dance!  All dancers learn a routine to perform in our year-end performance.

At Kaleidoscope Dance, we firmly believe in teaching the fundamentals of technique in all styles of dance as this leads to developing a well-rounded dancer. We offer a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. We understand that families are busier than ever these days, so we schedule many of our classes back-to-back, for your convenience. And, we limit the size of our classes to allow for individual, personalized instruction.

Did you know? Studying the arts can improve your child’s performance in school, their social skills and self-confidence; contributing to a well-rounded and adjusted individual. Through our programs, we hope to be of service to parents in helping them raise their children to become wholesome, confident individuals with high self-esteem.

Lastly, we are very aware of the current trend to exploit young dancers with skimpy costumes and suggestive choreography. We never allow inappropriate costumes, music or choreography to be performed. Instead, we strive to reinforce the positive values and respect that our dancers learn at home and school every day.
