Ballet with Ashley Hogue – Enjoy the beauty and grace of classical ballet. An intermediate and advanced adult ballet option is offered each week. Classes will focus on placement and alignment, while building strength and flexibility at the ballet barre.
Barre Fusion – Join our hybrid workout class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of dance, yoga and strength training. Prior ballet experience is not required.
Adult Hip-Hop – Channel your inner dancer and let loose in our adult hip-hop class! You’ll learn fun combinations with beginner-friendly choreography in a welcoming, judgment-free zone. Great for adults who want to get moving, sweat it out, and enjoy the joy of dance.
Adult Tap – Designed for beginners and those with some experience, you’ll explore fundamental tap techniques, musicality, and choreography in a relaxed and upbeat setting.
