Trying to decide which dance studio to choose?

Here's why more families choose Kaleidoscope Dance...

My First Class

Ages 0 - 4 years

Mommy & me, Zumbini and other programs designed to give little ones their first exposure to music, rhythm and a class environment.

Early Childhood

Ages 2 1/2 - 6 years

Our Early Childhood Dance Program provides girls and boys between the ages of two and a half and six with a strong foundation in dance and movement.

Ages 7 - 12 years

Our Youth Program paves the way for future advanced dance training. Lower level classes move slowly and focus on posture and placement while upper level classes begin to instruct the student on how to leap and turn.

Ages 13 - 18 years

Teen classes allow dancers age 13 and above to learn dance in a fun and encouraging environment. If you've danced before or even never tried on ballet shoes, we can find the perfect class for you.

Teacher Approval

Kaleidoscope’s Advanced classes are designed for the experienced, pre-professional dancer. The program trains and challenges dancers to become well-rounded artistically, creatively and technically.

Ages 18+

Whether for exercise or just plain fun, try out one of our adult dance or Zumba classes today!

As a parent, we realize you have a choice between several studios for dance classes. But all dance studios are not the same.  We invite you to compare all the features and options to see why our studio is the best place for you and your family.

Studio Comparison Guide

For your convenience, we’ve prepared a Studio Comparison Guide that you can use to ensure the studio you choose offers the features and benefits your child needs to enjoy dance class.

Artistic Director, Heather Jackson, has been teaching children of all ages for over 20 years and is a prominent member of the north shore arts community. All Kaleidoscope Dance faculty are required to have a college degree in dance and many continue to dance professionally in Chicago.

And, with over 100 years in combined teaching experience, the Kaleidoscope Dance faculty can teach the youngest of first-time dancers to the advanced pre-professional.
